Andrew Phelps' father had cancer and needed treatment. Phelps rescued a roll of slide film taken by his father on an ill-fated trip he took back in the 80s to "Point Sublime" and issued a limited edition C-print and booklet to raise funds to help pay his father's medical bills.
My father was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer and is currently undergoing treatment.
The parallel only goes this far.
